David Gergen Stages Come Back
David Gergen announced his official endorsement of the Andra Gauge as the “go to tool” for taking an accurate bite for Sleep, TMD and Performance Mouth Guards. David has rarely endorsed outside products but realizes when he manufactures some of the best appliances in the industry millimeters count. This goes for the Anterior/Posterior as well as the Vertical. “It all begins with the correct bite from our dental providers. The endorsement came as a pleasant surprise from Jeremy Andra one of the founders of the product. David Gergen has now organized numerous events with the before mentioned Pro Player Health Alliance. The Pro Player Health Alliance provides events that are free to the general public. The public is able to meet the NFL legends, learn the seriousness of sleep apnea and the various treatment options. Pro Player Health Alliance and Gergen’s Orthodontic Lab realize that not all therapies work with all people. But giving the public multiple options improves the chances of successful outcomes. Successful outcomes saves lives. These public events recognize certain dentists in areas that have met a high standard in the Dental Sleep field and choose to work with the Pro Player Health Alliance. This is a great opportunity for the dentists to introduce themselves to the general public that gravitate towards these events.
Dr. Gary Core Will be hosting the next Pro Player Health Alliance event In Scottsdale Arizona on April 18th at the Arrow Head Country Club. This will be Dr. Core’s second time hosting an event. Dr. Core found an outpouring of support from the public at the previous event with the public wanting to meet the players and eventually seek treatment for themselves and/or a loved one. This naturally led to growth in amount of dental sleep patients in Dr. Core’s practice. So why a second event? The better question is, why not? Additionally, Dr. Core purchased Koala Sleep Center from the famous Rod Willey and will be rolling that practice into Phoenix.

About David Gergen
David Gergen, CDT and President of Pro Player Health Alliance, has been a nationally respected dental lab technician for over 25 years. He received the award for “The Finest Orthodontic Technician in the Country” given by Columbus Dental in 1986. He also has been appointed chair of the dental wing of the American Sleep and Breathing Academy a national interdisciplinary academy dedicated to sleep training and education with over 60,000 members. David rolled out of bed on September 12, 1981 and had his career “ah ha” moment. He knew he was going to be an orthodontic technician and he knew he was going to help people all over the country to help treat their sleep disorders in partnership with their dentists. He has worked for some of the pioneers in the orthodontic and sleep dentistry fields. He was the personal technician for the likes of Dr. Robert Ricketts, Dr. Ronald Roth, Dr. A. Paul Serrano, Dr. Clark Jones, Dr. Harold Gelb, Dr. Joseph R. Cohen, Dr. Rodney Willey, Dr. Allan Bernstein, and Dr. Thien Pham. One of his proudest achievements is receiving The National Leadership award for Arizona Small Businessman of the Year in 2004.
